"My old set of hearing aids were basic and not really doing the job, so I found Hearing Loss Specialists and Gerry McDade. The assessment suggested I needed more advanced hearing support and purchased a set of Siemens Pure. I had trouble coming to grips with using these, but Gerry gave me a lot of support. Even when the new aids had to go in for service I was given a loan pair. In March this year I lost one of the hearing aids, so upgraded again to the Siemens Carat 7b. Whilst waiting for the insurance approval again Gerry loaned me a pair to get me by, I could not have asked for better service. I am so impressed  with the Siemens Carat 7B,  I can really hear far more than ever before, I can communicate with people now whereas I was ignoring them because I could not relate to what was being said. I had them tuned to have the telecoil and wow!!
